Laxmi Devi Mahavidyalaya is being run by Society. The Laxmi Devi Mahavidyalaya was established in the year 2008 approved by NCTE and affliated to Bundelkhand University, Jhansi for the training and Education of the upcoming generation as teachers.SOCIETY (Society for Nature, Education and Health)registered under Indian Trust Act, Regd. No. IV/ 1413, as an NGO, is actively engaged in a variety of activities such as free education, women upliftment and environment threatening issues.The prime areas of concern are educating rural women, improving their health conditions and also in empowering urban women. The Trust runs an institute, Centre for Bioinformatics, a premier Biological, Medical, Paramedical,Technological and Informatics Institution dedicated for the promotion, growth and prosperity of Biotechnology, Bioinformatics,Cheminformatics and Health Technology. Its vision is to impart a highly effective and quality education to create a new breed of professionals which will make it possible for them to experience the challenges of the evolving globalization process full of opportunities for a bright career.
